Casper Runs Away With Early Lead In Victory

Post 43 Giants 18U watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 4-0 loss to Casper on Sunday. Casper took the lead on a single in the first inning.

Casper got on the board in the first inning when #4 singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.

One bright spot for Post 43 Giants 18U was a double by Brian Feuz in the sixth inning.

#8 was on the hill for Casper. He went six innings, allowing zero runs on one hit and striking out ten.

Parker Bleggi toed the rubber for Post 43 Giants 18U. He allowed five hits and four runs over five innings, striking out seven. Connor Lang threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen.

Feuz led Post 43 Giants 18U with one hit in three at bats.
