Post 43 Giants 18U stole the lead late in the game in a 10-7 victory over Twin Falls Blackhawks on Sunday. The game was tied at seven with Post 43 batting in the bottom of the sixth when Quentin Bruno singled on a 2-1 count, scoring two runs.
Twin Falls Blackhawks scored four runs in the first inning, but the Giants still managed to pull out the victory. The big inning for Twin Falls Blackhawks came thanks to walks by #14, #18, and #5 and a single by #12.

Evan McHugh took the win for Post 43. He allowed four hits and three runs over five and a third innings. Matt Ellingson threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen. Ellingson recorded the last three outs to earn the save.
